No, we don’t sell computers or parts directly. Instead, to help you save on repair costs, during our diagnostic call we will assist you in finding the best price for the replacement part online. You’ll purchase the part yourself, and once you receive it, you can call us to schedule an installation visit.

The repair time can range from one hour to a multiple days, depending on the complexity of the issue. We understand how difficult it can be to be without your computer, so we strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible.

We will come to you! We can arrange to pick up your computer at your home or meet you at a nearby coffee shop or your workplace for convenience.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and checks.
All retuned checks will have $50.00 fee in addition to the applicable bank fees

Yes we do, as long as your pc that needs repair can connect to the internet. Give us a call and we will schedule a technician at a time that works best for you.

Yes, we can as long as your PC is in full hardware working order and most important you have a valid license to reinstall. This does not include data recovery and/or data movement and any post installation configuration.

Yes, we do install most software programs/applications. Keep in mind configuring the program to your specifications may require additional time / costs. You must have a valid license for us to begin installing!

We can install/reinstall them as long as the hardware device is working and the part model and manufacturer are identifiable.

All printer issues can be all or one of these areas: hardware, software, networking, operating system. Yes we can troubleshoot the problem, but some printers value will exceed what they are worth to repair if it is a hardware failure.

This could either be an internet service provider issue, router issue or a local computer issue and needs to be determined on location. We can set up an appointment to resolve, and will quote price when the source of the issue is identified.

Email can be a more complex issue than you realize to tackle. Your mail provider (ie. Comcast) or mail client software (ie. Outlook) can be the problem.  A remote or onsite session must be scheduled to determine the issue and resolution.
